What Are The Upanishads? An Overview: By Sri S.N. Sastri
The Upanishads- An overview
(S.N.Sastri)
The word ‘Upanishad’ denotes Brahma-vidya by its derivation. Sri Sankara Bhagavatpada says in his Bhashya on the Kathopanishad that this word is derived by adding the prefixes ‘upa’ (meaning near) and ‘ni’ (with certainty) to the root ‘sad’ which means ‘to destroy’, ‘to reach’, and ‘to loosen’. Thus the meaning of the word ‘Upanishad’ is that it is the knowledge that destroys the seeds of worldly existence such as ignorance in the case of those seekers of liberation who, after becoming free from all desires approach (upa sad) this knowledge. The Secret Of Being The Effect! By Divyaa Kummar
The Secret – of being the effect!
“I will tell you a Spiritual Secret: be the cause and the effect will follow; but let me tell you an even deeper spiritual secret: be the effect and the cause will follow! Osho”
The first secret simply outlines that we are the cause; not some outside other, fate, or god. We can call this ‘cause’ our thinking, feeling, focus, which reflects as outer effects; we can view it as our energy field which attracts like-wise effects; or we can call it karma – what we have chosen to explore, experience and expand and thus meet as outer effects. Krishna is AtmA by S.N. Sastri
In the gItA Krishna speaks as Brahman and not as an individual or even as an incarnation. He is referred to in the gItA as bhagavAn which means saguNa brahman. The meaning of the word Krishna has been given in a popular verse thus: ‘kRRiSh’ stands for Existence and ‘Na’ for Bliss. The union of the two is Krishna, the Supreme Brahman. In Srimad bhAgavatam it is said – krishnastu bhagvAn svayam—Krishna is bhagavan Himself, contrasting him with all the other incarnations which are said to be only part-manifestations (amsha avatAra). Rest In Your Heart: By Dr. Harsh K. Luthar
The True Master
A True Master does not tell you to do this or that.
Already, you are bewildered going to motivational speakers, visiting one guru after another, practicing mantras, and trying to stand on your head and put your legs behind your back.
The Master simply brings attention to your nature as “Being”, and invites you to rest in your own Heart.

The Gospel of Jesus Decoded: Christ and Kundalini, Part 1 by Michael Bowes
Although it is referred to in many different ways the Kundalini Shakti plays a key role in all spiritual traditions. The principles are the same, the effects are the same; but the words and symbols used to express Kundalini differ. In the Judeo/Christian tradition Kundalini is known as the Holy Spirit, Living Water, Christ, the Anointing, the Word and by other terms as well.
But before exploring the details of Kundalini in the Judeo/Christian scriptures, I would like to introduce the subject by examining the authentic and original message of Jesus. Continue reading
Kundalini Shakti and Enlightenment: By Dr. Harsh K. Luthar
Dear Friends:
Over the last three decades, I have seen the words Kundalini and Chakras (Energy Centers) become popular and enter the mainstream of conversations about spirituality. There is much hype surrounding these concepts and often people without much experience pose as experts and masters. If one can find a genuine teacher and the pure teaching, it helps a lot.
