Thank you very much for this. I have been having this same for the past fifteen to twenty days. Stopped all practises – it automatically stopped and i don’t feel anything. Earlier I used to feel guilty. I stopped reading books too. I had a sudden flash three or four days back and there is a deeper clarity – it was like something burst and only light existed. I cannot articulate it.
