Does the wonderful Nauli Kriya followed by deep breathing fill you with immense and indescribable joy? Can you hardly wait for your evening or weekend Yoga classes with your favorite Yoga Teacher? Do you look forward to going out to a vegetarian restaurant with fellow Yoga students and friends after your classes to support each other on your path and discuss pressing problems humanity faces. Do you sometimes think that perhaps Love Really Is the Answer!?
