All My Bags Are Gone: By Latha Ramanan
Began the journey from the foothills
There were twists and unknown turns to take
Rough and narrow paths, unfamiliar terrains to cross
Climbing up, short of breath
Started to drop my bags along the path,
One after the other
With load lighter,
My stride was easy
Valuables, once precious, left behind
Thus I drank and bathed in light
Oblivious of day and night
No thoughts of goals to achieve
In this journey of the heart
I have not moved at all
All the baggage however is gone.
